Very interesting take by Mr. Shatzkin on the subject of why every independent author should be utilizing Amazon and Ingram platforms for their books. Therone Shellman Media titles are published via KDP (Amazon) and Ingramspark (Ingram Content.) The importance of both organizations were understood out the gate. Having published Love Don't Live Here in 2005 under Third Eye Publishing, Inc Therone Shellman first publishing venture. Everyone in the book world knows that Ingram being a wholesaler, and distributor are major players in the book world. Then when Amazon introduced ebooks into the market it became evident that the platform is undeniably important as well. So in building the Therone Shellman Media it was decided to publish a mixture of titles using each platform.
